Why does the number of samples vary?

Floor area alone therefore cannot set a universal number of analyses. Ask which materials the price covers and how extra investigation will be explained and priced before approval.

Can you refuse sampling for an asbestattest?
OVAM requires refusals and investigation limitations to be recorded. For certain high-risk suspect materials, refusal prevents issue of the certificate. Discuss sampling points: making them safe and restoring their appearance are separate matters to agree in the assignment.

How do you match a result to the right material?
On receipt, match the sample reference, room, material layer and location recorded in the report. For example, a result for flooring alone does not answer a question about adhesive beneath it. If plans change, give the report to the professional to confirm its coverage and what still needs investigation.
