Check that the analysed sample matches the material affected by the work. One result does not mean all building layers have been inspected. Describe planned openings to the professional without making them to complete your request.

What information helps prepare removal?

Prepare the page locating the material, conclusions, existing report photos and access restrictions. State whether the material remains in place and whether repairs are planned. For example: ‘The report identifies the garage sheets; I want them removed and a replacement roof arranged.’ The professional then confirms the method and offer scope.
