Request terms
Sertic is a trading name of Hebora. We receive requests for asbestos inventories, inspections before work and asbestos removal in Belgium. Professional availability and coverage are checked for each request.
Sending the form is free and does not confirm an order, payment or appointment. Displayed amounts are indicative. The professional, scope, inclusions, additional charges, price and terms must be specified and accepted before commitment.
Sertic acts as an intermediary to prepare requests and find suitable professionals. Necessary contact and project details may be shared with selected professionals to assess or perform the assignment. Applying or appearing in a public register does not establish suitability for every assignment.
Provide accurate information and disclose access restrictions. No sampling or handling of materials is required to complete the form. Inventory and removal are separate assignments. An inventory performed remains payable even if no removal is needed.
Ordering, invoicing, deposit, cancellation and withdrawal terms will be provided with the applicable offer. The planned model is full payment after contract acceptance, before the intervention, followed by release of the professional’s share after both completion confirmations, with no unresolved issue. Mollie Connect for Sertic must be activated for this payment. This form activates no payment.
Personal data
Hebora is the data controller. We process identity, contact details, project answers, any reports supplied, correspondence and request progress. Professional files may contain company details, qualifications, insurance, evidence, coverage and availability. Accounts and security logs protect access.
Answering requests and preparing or performing an assignment relies on pre-contractual measures or a contract. Accounting duties rely on legal obligations. Security, abuse prevention and relevant professional outreach rely on legitimate interests, subject to objection. Audience measurement and advertising attribution rely on consent. No decision producing legal effects is made solely through automated processing.
Sertic administrators and selected professionals access the data needed for their work. Technical providers are Vercel for hosting, Supabase for data and accounts, Resend for emails and Google Analytics for consent-based audience measurement. Transfers outside the EEA rely on applicable contractual safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where required.
Retention
Asbestos inquiries without an order: up to 24 months after registration. Other inquiries: up to 24 months after last contact. Abandoned or rejected partner applications: up to 24 months after the last update. Active partners: for the relationship, then limited archiving for obligations and disputes. Order and invoice records follow applicable statutory periods.
Outreach: campaign details up to 24 months and technical events up to 12 months. Following an objection, the necessary email address stays on a suppression list. Security logs: up to 12 months, except for an incident. Private links expire within 90 days. Google Analytics: up to 14 months. Automated cleanup handles data whose retention period has expired.
The form draft is stored in your browser session so you can resume or change language. It expires after two hours of inactivity, and contact details are cleared from the draft after confirmed submission. Resumption is tied to this tab. Restoring a browser session may restore the draft; its expiry is checked when resuming. If storage is blocked, you can fill in the form but resumption is not guaranteed.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, withdraw consent or object by writing to info@sertic.be. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority. You do not need to submit a new project request to exercise your rights.
